Here is a small company that just announced a deal: biz.yahoo.com Instead of the rhetoric, Tracer has had years to produce a deal like the one above... It's deals like this that naturally move the stock above the 1.00 price... After experiencing a 1 for 10 Reverse Split, we now face another 1 for 3 Reverse Split... The pre 1 for 10 Reverse Split gives Tracer an effective price of five cents... I'd be ashamed to be an officer of a company that produced such a poor performance for its shareholders... Give us a deal like the Kazakhstan deal and we might have more faith in Tracer... Otherwise it's like the boy who cried Wolf... Jim
