There MS trial was not formulated to show that it actually slows the
progression of MS, it merely reduces the number of exacerbations.Betaseron was approved with similiar trials but Avonex
is now eating its lunch.If the trials do show a decrease in exacerbations and is safe I beleive they will get approval and will be
quite sucessful since it will be taken orally.IMO only, Mike
