You are right - I am wasting precious time going back and forth on this argument over the consolidation, when I could be working on deals for the Company. Believe me - I still spend a lot more time on potential deals for Tracer than I do on this debate.
I have a suggestion, in order to cut off this debate once and for all:
As the self-proclaimed champion off the "NO" vote, I propose that you and I meet, in person, to openly discuss everything and anything - deals, strategy, management, etc. - that there is to discuss about Tracer. At the end of our meeting, if you are still dead-set against what the Board and I are trying to accomplish, you and your followers can go ahead and vote "NO" - but at least it will be voting on a fully-informed, rational basis. No hidden agendas, no rantings and ravings, no more wasting of time.
I am tied up with meetings on Tracer business Monday and Tuesday of next week, but I would be very happy to meet with you on Wednesday or Thursday. I would travel to Florida, on my own expense, to meet you.
How about it, Hilt? No use hiding behind SI, because I know where to find you.
