News Corp has taken a piece of thestreet.com. They have bought 10% of the IPO and will appear on the cover of the prospectus, in exchange for agreeing to run the TSC show on Fox TV.

This may help TSC finally go public, as they were supposed to price Thurs night but have delayed until at least Monday
