IMO , the price is built in re the expected news and when the news comes it could be sell on news time. This is where PQT is headed. iqc.com I don't own PQT and don't short. Check out some of my past posts here. The losses these guys have is amazing, it does not justify the price. IMO they are pumping this up with .com this .com that . IPO this and that, just good old BS. I may be wrong , But time will tell.
