I think that VMIX is somewhat an unknown. It is not an internet company per its 10K but it may be great value to someone who wants to fill out a distribution chain as an internet player. Given a founder holds a commanding block of stock a buyout is probably not going to happen unless on very favorable terms (but is very unlikely). Given that we are less than 2 weeks from earnings which will most likely show a nice revenue gain (especially in the internet sector) I think it is prudent to ride out this time period. This stock has little visibility and a small following as of yet but hopefully will garner better press in the future. What I would appreciate most is management comments which would better describe the potential and strategy this company has to leverage itself in the world of e-commerce.
