We've tossed around valuation numbers here until we're blue in the
face.
In reading the press release today, IPM paid 27 mill for the remaining
part of the property.
What does that tell you about the total valuation of the property ???
Assuming they just bought 20% of the property and assuming there
are 20 million shares, I get a valuation of 6.75 per share.
Giving a PE of 10 to the shares, you get a share price of 67.50
per share.
