Victor, Yes it is good to see the LatAm's coming on. Much talk at a recent meeting down there on Mercosur. Calls to consolidate influence, increase co-operation. Nice, but Argentina and Brasil were not in attendance. Must finish some paperwork and be off. I'll be in touch. Things ARE getting interesting. Best, Tom
