What happens to LEAPS or options after the common stock 1.75 conversion? I have been contemplating purchase of some USRX May calls and also looking at the Jan 99 Leaps. Do these get converted to COMS options after the sucessfull tendering of the Common stock? If yes what happens to the strike price is that the equal of 1.75 divided by the USRX strike? Please help!
