That is true, Jim. There will be lots of the start-up companies. So...therefore, it would seem to me that one important factor would be who NPEC is in bed with, metaphorically speaking, in the major telephone company world. One thing is for sure...the BIG BOYS...like AT & T, MCI, and SPRINT, are going to have their fingers in for a piece of the pie too. So....it seems to me that for NPEC to REALLY take off...one of the above would have to be in the background. But actually, it's all a moot point....NPEC is going to go up...just wait and see. Besides, you'd surely be happy about that, would you not? Cheers! Juanita
