Gottfried, It will be interesting to see if the "July Factor" occurs again in '99. Perhaps WMAR will be trading in the twenties by then and we can both bail with doubles even after a drop. <g> In any case, it appears we've broken solidly through both the 50 and 200 day moving averages on this puppy. Oddly I can't get excited yet and feel like we're going to stall here. If however we can reach a close near 13-1/2, it would appear we could have clear sailing back up to the 52 week high.
