Newbridge which stumbled badly in the past has recently seen a rise
in its share price due to improving earnings. Supposedly, the company
has great products and is on the cutting edge in areas like ATM.

I have heard that since it is still trading at PEs in the teens (as
compared to other networking stocks which trade at PEs of 40+), this
would be a good time for a company like Cisco to strike and attempt
a takeover.
