I was in the same position as you - I had prepaid in Jan and by the beginning of April I had had it

I think if you make enough fuss, write the President of the new company etc etc - you could probably get your money back because indeed they aren't providing the service.

However, the amount owed me - about $500 - paled against the better service and the better trading I was doing with QCharts.

So, for me, it was worth it to bite the bullet and give uo the $500 bucks. Maybe for you it's not, but it would sure be worth it to get a better service AND fight the battle to get your money back, because
oterwise - how can you even trade under the current circumstances?
