the common stock dividend on the preferred held by management is like having your cake and eating it too. seems to me that a preferred stock dividend in MDIN Gold should have been awarded with respect to the preferred mdin
energy stock and that the preferred mdin gold then converted to common only when certain share price results with respect to mdin gold are acheived.

Is this thinking off base?
