If you look at the recent buyouts of FORE and XYLN one could conclude that NN's non TDM business is worth something like 6x revenue and their TDM business 1 or 2x revenue.

WT, I think a buyout valuation would be more closely aligned with what ASND got rather than FORE or XYLN. NN is largely a supplier to carriers and service providers, like ASND, which is acknowledged to be a much higher growth buisness than the enterprise, where most of sales of both FORE and XYLN are derived.

I agree that TDM is now, and will continue to be a drag. But as time moves forward, this revenue will become relatively small and therefore not significant.

Wireless is a big "?".
