Damn, you're good!!

"Cold fiber" certainly sounds much more impressive than "spare conduits" or "excess conduit capacity" or even "provisions for growth".

We will be adopting the terminology as of this morning!!

Having you speak of fiber-optics in historic terms, makes me feel even worse when I recall (semi-fondly) the days of trying to talk people into taking a great leap of faith to chance experimenting by installing some of that funny thick cable with only one copper wire inside a braid into the conduits.

Although we don't post often, the information flow is definitely appreciated.
