One of our threadmates commented that we were in danger of becoming the Qualcomm thread's mirror site.

The way to ensure that doesn't happen regarding Qualcomm or any stock is to discuss the particular stock in the context of gorilas and kings. That IS what the thread is all about.

To the extent that there will be a certain amount of redundancy between this thread and a thread dedicated solely to discussion of one stock, I can easily live with it. For me, there is a lot more value to discussing companies and stocks in the context of other companies, industries, general business environments and concepts such as gorillaness than discussing them strictly on their own merit.

It's just my opinion, but that's why I visit this folder after visiting all the other folders. I like saving the best for last.
