Bobby, gold got whacked this morning in europe due to the british treasury's announcement that it wants to sell a few hundred tons. i guess the central bankers are getting nervous since they heave lent out so much of the stuff that they could really get hurt if it rallies sharply. so now they're trying to demonetize it further. they have had the upper hand in this market for a long time, and there are some conspiracy theories out there, since so many influential circles are short gold. one day it will probably backfire in a big way, but for now they've shown us once again who's who in the zoo. regards, hb
