Let him buy them on the open market like the rest of us.... <VBG>

The minute he places another tender offer on the stock, he has essentially placed a cap on the upside potential.

The first offer was a hedge at placing a floor under the stock. I can't find ANY rational reason to believe that PA thought the stock price would decline due to his investing $300 mil into this company. Certainly not the rationale that was reported in the news article.
