Guess you have to know who is dealing when you sit down for a game of cards......these boys play hardball, yes?

Pretty much. Especially when the CB's deal the deck, own the casino, and can grant unlimited credits to favored players. (If you'll pardon my extending the metaphor.. :0)

This is what concerned me about the gold market. The financial system faces various threats to stability, whether it be from the Asian Contagion, or the physical and psychological impacts of Y2K.

To face this threat, they have a 14 year supply of ammunition to fight a war that will only last 1 more year (given moderate predictions of Y2K disruption). These calls for gold sales are thinly masked attempts to maintain equilibrium in the POG and protect their fiat currency by flooding the gold market with physical metal.

Regards,

Ron
