Look at the following quote in the last news release:

"Mr. Lau also states that, "Besides marketing that we have
implemented to bring attention to the Company, as we near completion
of our site we look forward to announcing additional key strategic
alliances which are in final negotiations."

I would suggest there must be more substance coming soon.
