Good news for the bond market, labor dept report shows pay only up marginally if we ahem dont include the billions of pay given in the form of stock options ect) Also good news for the bond market, M2 and M3 continue there expansion.
Now a question - as the central banks threaten/sell their gold reserves, it drives the price of gold down. But up until now, we could keep the printing presses rolling and the value of the dollar stayed up and longer term rates stayed low. Now however, could it be that the bond holders are waking up and realizing that holding 5, 10 and 30 year bonds isnt a good idea when AG continues the printing press ? ? nah what am I thinking. Time for me to buy some more index calls as the US market only goes up. <g>
