Jeff: Bernie got reprimanded from counsel when he commented on a deal with one of the top 4 media concerns To clarify this--he wanted to tell us who the customers were that were filling up Telstar 6 and other Skynet capacity, which he indicated were top media concerns. Counsel said he couldn't tell us. That is the DUMBEST thing I have ever heard. A guy can point his dish to Telstar 6 and see that ABC, CBS, FOX, and Reuters are using Telstar 6. Why so top secret? You can also tell that CBS is the biggest customer now. But SHHHHHH--don't tell anyone!!!! Stealth customers, stealth launches--give me a stealth break! You are no longer a defense company Loral--telling us who you're customers are is a GOOD thing! T7 has Time Warner's digital Athena service as the prime customer(45% maybe?) plus another cable related sub already signed up. It's shareholder revolt time if they don't move T7 off of Atlas III.
