Dauber Leaves Novell

Adding to the recent exodus, another executive has left Novell. Steve Dauber, formerly director of marketing for Novell's Management Products division, has been appointed VP of marketing for MediaWay Inc. in Santa Clara, Calif.

In his new role, Dauber is not straying far from his management bailiwick. MediaWay sells image and multimedia asset management products, and Dauber is responsible for building market strategies,
defining product requirements, and creating promotional plans for the company. At Novell he developed marketing strategies for all of the company's network and systems management products.

Dauber came to Novell in 1989 through its acquisition of Excelan.
