Tech2000, Yes merger uncertainity plus arbitrager complex plays. I have played the AT&T and TCOMA swap, and came well ahead. My net AT&T price turned out to be 51(presplit) when at the time AT&T was trading at +63. I think inspite the AOL noise, at the end merger will take place. This is a risk I am willing to take. Badshah
