First full qtr of Unicore sales will be in the 2nd qtr. We will have about 1 month of sales in the first qtr. Unicore had revenue of over 3 million last year. Will top 4 million this year. That increase in revenue alone will double TSSW's revenue last year. I believe sales of the combined company products have been increasing in the last several weeks given all the Y2K attention etc The company's recent agreement with Diamond Multimedia and Compaq will also help boost sales in the next 3 qtrs. . . more so in the 3rd and 4th qtrs. Company selling near cash with the new CEO buying over 20% of all shares near current levels. DC
