Gennaro, I'm hoping we're not seeing some short selling against those debentures (@$2/share) to lock in a profit (short against the box). This can only be done on the Canadian exchange where shorting of OTCBB stocks is possible. I don't seriously think this is a problem because the volume has been low. More likely some short term traders bailing out since the move up rapidly on PR hasn't materialized. I also think the company would have restricted shorting activity from the investors involved in the private placement, since they are actively pursuing a NASDAQ listing and need the stock price to be stabilized in the > $3-4 range. Still think selling any shares at this level is extremely short sighted, but who knows why people do what they do. (Maybe need to raise some quick cash?) Frank
