Thanks, BTW nothing wrong with being in for a quick pop. I even think it might be a mistake to try to know everything there is to know about a company. Can cloud ones judgment. For everyone, here is more info. on autex. Comes from infind search engine, provided years ago by SI poster. Confession: FOR THE LAST 25 YEARS I DID NOT EVEN KNOW AUTEX EXISTED. I also had previously registered with Thompson for real time quotes but never found this feature.

"AutEx is an on-line, real time electronic database which allows broker dealers to advertise their interest in buying or
selling large equity blocks of stock to institutional investors. For over 25 years, AutEx has greatly increased the
transparency and liquidity of US institutional equity markets by allowing institutional money managers to see who is
actively trading over 16,000 securities in more than 50 countries. Brokers use AutEx to broadcast their buy and sell
interest or indications while institutions use it to quickly identify active players in the market.

The completed trades that are reported daily over AutEx by broker dealers represents over 90% of block trading activity
in the United States. AutEx is currently used by over 3,000 traders and money managers at 250 broker firms and 450
institutions in the United States, as well as 50 firms in the United Kingdom, to transmit more than 230,000 messages
daily. In fact, over 80% of the top 250 institutions in the United States use AutEx.

AutEx currently employs a series of fault tolerant Stratus computers and high availability Sun systems as its host. AutEx
has a private high-speed network to deliver information directly to these trading room floors.

In response to customer demand, AutEx has expanded its offerings by developing AutEx+, a new faster and more
efficient version of AutEx which is available in Windows(tm) and UNIX operating environments and can be integrated
with client's other application to facilitate a true electronic trading environment."
