Me thinks the master minds are here in the US. Alan Greenspam. Slick Willie, Bob Rubin. Brits are just puppets in their hands. IMO. Until recently the central bank in England was the only bank which resisted the cheap money policies. They caved in for the demands of the financial markets as well as the rubbish policies of the US Feds. IMO.
