I think you give them way too much credit. One does not need any plan to lease Intelsat transponders. There is a glut of unused capacity in their Pacific fleet, to say the least. Either way though, they can use Intelsat and Agila II to service what business they were to have on Orion 3. They also could use the funds, like you said. I have not gotten into Orion's finances deep enough to comment, but I need to look at the debt, debt service, cash, etc. to see how they are set at this time. The 10-Q will give more detail, as Mr. Schwartz mentioned. They may decide to use the insurance cash to pay down debt or service the debt and lease the transponders needed from others. This mishap opens up a number of options.
