Mike and Terry's lawnmower company...true this is how Mike Copeland and Terry Matthews founded Mitel for smart automatic lawnmowers that followed an automatic route in your yard. Then Mitel chips were used in a PBX phone system call Mitel SX 100.

Then they cooked Canadian books on MITEL got caught value plumeted so Terry auctioned off Mitel to British Telecom which then gagged it up and it went independent again. So Terry had to start over with Newbridge Net, Newbridge is the name of his childhood home town. Surprise, now Terry Matthews is cooking the books again. Copeland made th UN-Brilliant move of buying Utah based subsiduaries of Novell to help his ailing Corel.

UB Networks was a bigger dog than cabletron and Matthews paid 250% price to high for them.
