Take a look at the MACD last 2 days.. Massive accumulation after the news.. Maybe it is a takeover, thats the rumor on the yahoo boards..

Hmm, I just tried to look up ticker MACD on Yahoo (your spam worked!), and realized that there is no such company, and maybe you are talking about GSII! So, what the heck is a MACD?? As for takeover, I seriously doubt management would fight this battle with GDT for 2-3 years, win, then sell before the stock reflects the potential of the company, so I hope they don't sell until at least a year from now.

What I'd really like to know is can we expect royalties from the settlement to hit GSII's Q2 financials or not?
