a simplistic view: checked into @home installation.....seemed expensive to me. also have to deal with installation, etc. with phone jack in every room of most houses, dsl seems the way to go. aol seems to have the pulse of the masses....seems most will be willing to wait for "faster" as long as it's simple and cheap. rhonda
