Baldwin, Yep, I am sure of that, but it may be that THAT particular SEC employee may not have been reading, - or - if he was reading, his silence now says he may redouble his efforts to read looking for evidence to collaborate what the "tipsters" have told his supervisor i.e. what started this whole thing to begin with. (whatever that may be)
