Russia seems to be getting more involved in diplomatic efforts regarding the war. Unfortunately her relations with the U.S. have deteriorated the last years so it will be that much more difficult to settle the mess. These days I miss some of the great American secretaries of state.
I heard that NATO is planning to bring in more B-52's to carpet bomb woods and bunkers where the Serbs hide their forces. That could be problematic, the public does not like wholesale slaughter, even of the supposed enemy.
