Have to agree with all posters today (except ajs) as to the actions of the Company in the past Tom, Thanks for the kind words!!! In never said that the past actions were justified or should have been forgiven. All I have said is that I wanted to give the new management a chance to regain my confident. The buyout of the major shareholder is important news, and they reported it because it would make investors happy. But when the deal fails, no mention of it in a press release because it will make investors upset. Just feed 'em the stuff they want! Carl Conte never told me that the new management would not buy out Logan's shares. He just said that it would take time. ajs
