What do you mean? Define "bear market". I think you mean correction, no? I mean correction if the interest rates don't get carried away... techstocks.com The trouble with Mark's theory of buying at the support is that supports tend to dissipate in "bad markets"....The internets may well be experiencing a bear market while the value stocks climb... In a rising interest rate market there is little incentive to discount 2003 earnings.... Regards, Mike
