Hope you don't mind if I pose this question again. Is Thompson's
LYRA music player using an OS, and if so any ideas as to who's it
is? I was under the impression that our MicroOS was the only file
management system that allowed a device to play multiple formats
(compressions). Is this a valid question or am I way off base
here?

Thomson's LYRA is the first portable device that can play multiple audio formats; even better, it will use IBM's 340-megabyte microdrive to store up to nine hours of high-quality music.

Thanks again.

Bob
