Will DELL start buying companies with their stock currency? I think they have to.

Leo,

till now it has never been DELL's policy to make acquisitions. And I would not expect to see them do so in the future, save for the case that an acquisition would be necessary for the continued existence of the company. I view DELL's clarity and intensity of focus as one of its underrated strengths, and an acquisition would almost certainly negatively impact that. I would hate to see DELL in the kind of quagmire that CPQ is 'enjoying'.

However, as someone who likes DELL long and short term (I bought 40 more call contracts this morning), I am interested in hearing your views. Whom do you view as a possible acquisition? And please provide a rationale.

DELLish, 3
