The company has changed it's name to AutoTradeCenter.com, and it's symbol to AUTC. It is currently trading under the new symbol. Someone on RB contacted M&A West who said that a PR is forthcoming by around lunch time. I am at a loss to explain why the news was not released yesterday or before the market open this morning. The stock is trading under AUTC, however. So there's nothing to worry about. Roofman
