PAIR is great. You have to love it.

Good point. If they pay 21-1/8 maybe I should not sell the leaps. But maybe they are willing to pay a little extra for a small amount of shares, since they got so many at 20-3/4, and their goal is to control as many shares as they can. I have a reasonably large amount tied up in my leaps.
