Witold, I think that is a fair summary. Check out my post #48 for a few more details. I think this news release (the day after the shareholder vote) is their attempt to throw a heck of a spin to try to save face on the merger being scuttled. Either way, DEGA is the company with the value and they are in a win-win situation. Wait for their (DEGA's) news releases next week! It won't be confusing like Spectre's -- it should be clear and positive!
