Getting back to the original question...

All I was doing was trying to point out why some (not particularly me since I finally decided to buy in a small position at $177... ugh!) could see a downside to the deal.

I believe someone else recently mentioned that the $300M in cash is not as big as it appears while Internet stocks remain at their lofty levels. It is when the bubble bursts that the cash will be important. I certainly don't want GNET to consider any acquisitions which would use up this cash when its stock is a much better currency.

I happen to think that GNETs strategy of buying very low maintenance content is a terrific plan.
