Time frame of PRTL is probably such, that it's exit strategy will not happen within the next 1 to 2 months ... Therefore, my guess that is that, MEANWHILE, people are too engrossed in the quick buck of the dot.com's ..... and playing that instead of parking it in a solid investment that might take a few months longer to pay off ... FWIW
