Thanks for sharing your thoughts, but one very important point I found out is that Grant Automotive Group does Dega's marketing. Grant Automotive is owned by Spectre. Apparently, Spectre also financed Dega and Dega owes Spectre a lot of money. I believe that the best thing for Dega would be to complete the merger. The two companies could work really well together. Without Grant Automotive and capital, how will Dega survive? Other opinions are welcomed.
