People slandering or libeling companies ARE being sued.

Whether any company will sue someone doing so or not is another matter (and believe me, IBM would be the last company worried about suing little ol' you or me).

Some have sued, and have won or are in litigation now. Others have decided it is either not worth it or not necessary, as bashers tend to come and go.

Either way, anyone who blatantly lies or misleads whether an individual on SI or a company is not going to get away with it for long.

HERE's THE BIG POINT:
When a CEO lies publicly in print, he or she stands a much bigger chance of suffering greatly from it than you or I.

That means I tend to believe them, not you, especially when their posts are much more specific. Mr. Krause's post contain tons of specifics, while most bashers posts almost always lack specifics and REAL proof.
