H & Q DOWNGRADED THEIR NUMBERS BY 2 CENTS FROM 24 TO 22 THE MEAN ACORDING TO ZACKS IS 23...THE BELLS BOUGHT TO MUCH FRAME RELAY IN 96 AND ARE WORKING THROUGH THE INVENTORY..HE STILL HAS A STRONG BUY..
