I think the upgrade was like a catalyst, but other factors were also important, particularly the MP3 developments, even though SanDisk does not appear in articles I've read. The growth potential is now well accepted, and not just in one area but three. Any brokerage firm or portfolio manager who has any sense of what is going on in the market for flash memories can put two and two together. One factor that still is too uncertain to create this price increase is the outcome of the Lexar suit. So, if that suit comes out as anticipated, it should lead to at least another immediate 10 percent rise. Art
