David was NOT, I repeat NOT leaving any doubt about the spin off NOT HAPPENING. He was clearly specifying that the bondholder issue expired and IDTC is now prompt and accurate doing the closing procedure. In terms of time, he clearly emphasised the dimension "days" and NOT weeks. ONE THING WHICH IS CLEAR : THE HOUNDS WILL BE RELEASED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE BONDHOLDER ISSUE (PAPERWORK) IS FINALISED. IM Personal O: the ducks are in a row > the whole framework is ready/done/finalised related to CI, Spin off, huge deals, underwriters. IMO : we can expect the masterplan to be revealed BEFORE the earnings, positive earnings release will only be part of the list of positive news released at that time <<
