Pr-Ac-Man, Good points and I agree that it was best for DCI to take the time needed to research what is really going on before responding via a press release. I do hope that the SEC investigation (??)can be concluded sooner rather than later so that management can get on with growing this company and thereby minimize the damage done to existing shareholders of this company. The OTCBB tends to have a lot of startup/questionable companies trading that have no revenues, no filings etc. and I can see the need for a watchdog such as the SEC in trying to keep folks honest and to protect shareholders from fraud. I guess I could be missing something here, but I have always been impressed by the fact that DCI has always been on time (or filed extensions for) with their filings, that the 10-K's were audited. Sure, there have been acquisitions or deals that didn't work out as I had hoped over the years, but I have always felt that management had our best interests in mind and did their best. It just appears to me that DCI has shown a willingness to comply with the rules and to make adjustments when a mistake had been made and I do hope that the SEC is taking all of this into consideration along with what is best for both DCI's current and future shareholders. I liked the companies news release today.
